Zhang Deheng, male, Han nationality, born in 1936, bachelor degree, graduated from the Department of Organic Chemical Engineering of Beijing University of Chemical Technology, majoring in synthetic rubber, senior engineer, member of the Communist Party of China. The first batch of scientific and technological experts to enjoy special government allowances from the State Council, model workers in Zhengzhou, representatives of the 9th and 10th National People's Congress and representatives of the 5th and 6th Party of Zhengzhou. Former deputy head of the silicone structural adhesive expert group of the State Economic and Trade Commission, and served as the deputy chairman of three national industry associations.

From 1964 to 1983, he was engaged in the research of aviation sealant in Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials, Ministry of Aviation Industry. From 1983 to 2003, he was the director of Zhengzhou Zhongyuan Institute of Applied Technology. From 2003 to 2008, he served as the chairman and general manager of Zhengzhou Zhongyuan Slander Hi-Tech Co., Ltd., and has been the chairman of Zhengzhou Zhongyuan Slander Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. since 2008. Various products and subjects developed by the organization have won various awards. The scientific research projects he is responsible for have obtained dozens of invention patents and utility model patents.
