Introduction:
MF962 is two component, neutral cured at room temperature, high elasticity silicone sealant. It has excellent flame retardancy, excellent resistance to UV and air aging. Mainly applied in the encapsulation and sealing of solar cell module, photoelectric display, and other electronic products, etc.
Characteristics:
High elasticity. Excellent flame retardancy. No pollution to the environment.
Neutral cure, non-corrosive to the surface. Outstanding resistance to UV and air aging.
Can be extruded directly at 10℃~50℃; excellent adhesion to glass, ceramic, metal materials.
Excellent resistance to low and high temperature, keeping good ability even in the range of -60℃~200℃.
Purposes:
Solar cell module encapsulation and sealing.
Photoelectric display encapsulation and sealing.
Various electronic products encapsulation and sealing.

Methods of Application:
1. For good adhesion, the surface must be clean and dry without dust. Special materials (such as copper, polycarbonate, polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc.) need compatibility test before using to determine the preprocessing method for good adhesive property.
2. In case of limited access to air or low humidity, curing time will be extended.
3. Masking tape should be used for preventing contamination and be got rid of after sealing.
Mixture:
MF962 should be mixed in sealed mixing and sealing machine, at the weight ratio of 12:1 (Com A: Com B). The ratio can be changed between 11:1 to 14:1 to adjust the curing time.
Restrictions:
Not applicable in the following circumstances:
Any building materials exuding grease, plasticizer or solvent.
Sealed areas seclusion from air.
Frosted or humid surface.
Attentions:
1. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
2. Avoid contacting with skins for a long time.
3. Avoid contaminating food, medicine or cosmetics.
Package:
MF962 includes Com A and Com B, provided at the weight ratio of 12:1.

Storage:
The shelf life will be 12 months stored in cool, dry and ventilated places below 27℃.
Transportation:
MF962 is non-dangerous, can be transported by train, automobile, ship and plane.
